Welcome to Garden Dig — a casual offline puzzle game where you dig garden tiles and avoid the pests. This page explains what data the App does (and does not) handle, and the terms under which you may use it. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.
Privacy Policy
1. Summary
Garden Dig does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The App is a fully offline game. It does not require an account, does not contain advertising, does not use analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not send any information from your device to us or to any third party.

3. Data stored locally on your device
To make the game work, the App saves the following on your device only:
- Game statistics (games played, wins, win streaks).
- High scores and Time Attack results.
- Your balance of in-game items (Hints and Reveals).
This data never leaves your device. It is not linked to your identity, and we have no access to it. It is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage in your device Settings (Settings → Apps → Garden Dig → Storage → Clear data).
4. Permissions
Garden Dig does not request any sensitive Android permissions — no camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage access. The basic network permission included by the app framework is not used to transmit any personal data; the game is fully playable offline.
5. In-app purchases
If optional in-app purchases (such as packs of Hints and Reveals) are offered, all payments are processed entirely by Google Play's billing system. We never receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or any other financial information. Purchase handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service. Purchased items are consumable in-game tokens delivered to your local device storage.
6. Third-party services
The App does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or social SDKs. The only third-party involvement is the Android operating system and Google Play services that come with your device (for app distribution, updates, and — if applicable — billing), which operate under Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Children's privacy
Garden Dig is a family-friendly puzzle game with no objectionable content. Because the App collects no personal data from any user, it also does not collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have somehow received personal information about your child, please contact us at the address below and we will address it promptly.
8. Data security
Since no data is transmitted off your device, the primary safeguard is your device itself. Game data is stored in the App's private, sandboxed storage area, which other apps cannot read on a standard (non-rooted) device.
9. Your rights & data deletion
Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or erase on our side. You are in full control: uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes all locally saved game data immediately and permanently.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
If the App's data practices ever change (for example, if a future update adds online features), this page will be updated before that version is released, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Significant changes will also be noted in the App's store listing changelog.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Garden Dig ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Garden Dig for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. User conduct
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App to any third party.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
4. In-app purchases & refunds
In-app purchases (if offered) are optional and are not required to play the game. All purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policy. Consumable in-game items are delivered to your device upon successful payment and, once consumed, are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
5. Intellectual property
All content, artwork, trademarks, and materials within the App are owned by the App developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
